  There were enough road signals to find Pourvoirie Cap au Leste, but after having left the main road, there was a few km gravel road. At the reception there were two people, but only one was able to speak english, we had the same problem at the restaurant, no english-speaking waiters, but we chose the fixed-menù, we had to ask only a fork, but it was easy by miming. We arrived after the sunset, during the evening, so the first impression was not good, because of the lack of signals to recognize our lodge in the dark (follow the road until a lantern is quite useless in the dark) and it was quite scaring the idea of reaching the restaurant by walking without lighting. What I can suggest is to arrive during the afternoon, in order to have time to enjoy the "treasure" hunt of your lodge, see the forest and the fiord.
  
  
  눇There are no words to describe the beauty of this place, we would have liked to stay much longer. There are lodges named after indian tribes, furnished in typical style, our lodge was on the fiord in the middle of a forest. We had also a wonderful dinner in their restaurant, good flavour and traditional cuisine. It offers excellent value for money. During the morning we went canoeing on a little lake near there (reachable by car), it seemed to be in a dream, silence and relax. There are a few mountain-bikes available too. Both activities are free of charge. We bought also some souvenirs there, and the man at the reception (during the morning) was really friendly and smiling, and above all english-speaking. I cannot stop thinking about it, it's really a charming place, you must go there!

  No big deal, but after dining with the family and needing to put the kids to sleep, the hotel were unwilling to share a corkscrew for a bottle of wine we brought with us to enjoy back in the room. This doesn't detract from what was an excellent stay, but it did feel a little short sighted after having spent money on accommodation, drinks and a meal. Sort this kind of simple detail out and you'll be golden.
  
  
  눇Great location, views and premises. Cosy room. Very comfortable. Friendly and polite, if a little inexperienced staff. Restaurant was great. Unbeatable value for the quality received.

  If anything maybe the canoe boat rental. We tried to book a boat in the afternoon - not possible, all booked. We arrived at the lake and all 4 boats were docked without anyone in them for more than one hour...
  
  
  눇The hotel surroundings in general. Beautiful and quite place in the middle of nature; superb view on the Saguenay Fjords. Staff is very friendly and helpful. By all means the highlight of our 3 week stay in Quebec.

  Breakfast could've had more options. Rather limited selection and a bit overpriced for what it is.
  
  
  눇Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Ask for one without wall-to-wall carpeting if you're prone to dust allergies. View from the room is wonderful. Dinner was great.
